Regulatory Issues

While legislation is a large portion of what governs our industry, government agencies do have the ability to issue bulletins and promulgate regulations which have an effect on your business and our industry. A great number of those do come from the Maryland Industry Administration, but other government agencies including the Governor may also weigh in on how we do business.
