Our real estate title company is searching for a top-notch Title Processor. This position requires prior title processing experience for DC, MD, VA transactions (at a minimum). If you have experience handling transactions for real estate investors -- assignments, double closings, wholesale deals, auctions, creative financing, etc. -- even better.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team. This could be an on-site position in any of our offices, a remote position or a hybrid. The right candidate will have knowledge and experience in all aspects of title processing, from order opening and pre-processing to processing and title clearing, preparing docs and scheduling for settlement, confirming the file is closed and complete and then handing it off to our Post-Closing team. The person who fills this position will work with staff in other offices to coordinate the closing of files across multiple states.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Work closely and develop relationships with realtors, loan officers, lenders, buyers and sellers
