There are plenty of options available for title producer professional development. Here is why MLTA is the best option for you.


Cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] at least one week prior to the class to be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations after the cutoff date will not receive a refund. Please allow up to three business days for refunds to be processed.

 

Disability

Pending CE Approval

Each program that is submitted for CE credit is “pending approval” until approved by the appropriate licensing group. We generally seek approval for Maryland Title Producer license CE only, but we do occasionally try to get classes approved for other licenses and other jurisdictions. Please verify before registering. 

Partial credit

Partial credit cannot be given. To receive credit, you must arrive on time and complete the entire course. 

 

Inclement Weather

If the county government offices where the class is being held are closed because of inclement weather, the class will be canceled. Rescheduling or refund will be determined after that event.
