As Agency Services Representative for Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Ms. Kohl has over ten (10) years of hands-on experience in the title and real estate industry.  Among many of her achievements, she is an active member of the Maryland Land Title Association’s (MLTA) Convention Committee and has been appointed as co-Chair of the 2008 Committee.  In service to the MLTA, Ms. Kohl has devoted numerous hours organizing events for Habitat for Humanity.  She has been an active member of the Education Committee which requires her to teach, organize, coordinate and attend many seminars and educational classes for MLTA members across the State.

In addition to her current position with Stewart Title, she was a processor and licensed settlement officer for Signature Title & Settlement Co., Inc.  Combining her broad transactional knowledge with her recent title agency experience, Ms. Kohl brings with her an acute understanding of every facet of the title industry.
