Job Qualifications:

Real Estate Settlement Processor - Anne Arundel County, MD

 Keep track of all pending closings

The position requires knowledge to provide resolution of title defects, with emphasis on REO. The position requires the knowledge to provide resolution of title defects, with emphasis on REO. You will review title to ensure that there are no defects or breaks in the chain, and perform curative, so that the company can issue an accurate commitment letter and final title policy to the lender. The position also includes working with underwriting claims resolution, clearance, and title curative for multiple states, assisting title and processing employees with questions, and providing resolution. Other duties may be assigned.
